Here is a program that simulates a restriction map experiment (like your DNA lab).  You will have to download the file and run the program on your own computer.  PC compatible only.

For the Enzyme Lab, use the non-linear curve fitting page to find the Km and Vmax.  NOTE:  If your data doesn't fit the curve (gets an error message), then do a linear regression of the double reciprocal data and use the slope (Km/Vmax) and intercept (1/Vmax) to calculate Km and Vmax.
