Lindsay's Rotation follows a unique nursing student on her final hospital rotation before completing her degree. While Lindsay explains her duties and nursing philosophy, we also learn about overcoming the stigma of being disabled. Lindsay was born with a spinal condition called spina bifida which left her legs paralyzed. Although her mobility requires the use of a wheelchair, her movements are practiced and graceful, demonstrating an expertise which doesn't call attention to itself—which is the point. No longer the scared, tentative student, we see a confident young woman in her element, helping people find comfort and healing.
